{"id":957,"date":"2025-09-15T15:20:54","date_gmt":"2025-09-15T18:20:54","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/impactocastex.com.ar\/?p=957"},"modified":"2025-09-15T15:20:55","modified_gmt":"2025-09-15T18:20:55","slug":"el-presidente-del-stj-aclaro-que-no-se-decidio-aun-levantar-ferias-judiciales-de-verano-e-invierno","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/impactocastex.com.ar\/?p=957","title":{"rendered":"El Presidente del STJ aclar\u00f3 que no se decidi\u00f3 a\u00fan levantar ferias judiciales de verano e invierno."},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>Santa Rosa (2b)-&nbsp;El presidente del Superior Tribunal de Justicia, Eduardo Fern\u00e1ndez Mend\u00eda, sali\u00f3 a marcar la cancha en la discusi\u00f3n por la eliminaci\u00f3n de las ferias judiciales: \u201cEs una idea para conversar entre todos y eventualmente llegar a un punto de com\u00fan acuerdo\u201d, aclar\u00f3.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El ministro busc\u00f3 despejar fantasmas: \u201cEn ning\u00fan momento se dijo que ser\u00eda una imposici\u00f3n o que ya se hab\u00eda redactado un proyecto de ley, y creo que de eso pueden dar fe quienes estuvieron en la reuni\u00f3n\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La reuni\u00f3n de agosto<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La referencia apunta al encuentro que a fines de agosto el STJ mantuvo con representantes del Colegio de Abogados y Procuradores, el Colegio de Magistrados y Funcionarios Judiciales, el Sindicato de Trabajadores Judiciales, la Asociaci\u00f3n de Funcionarios del Ministerio P\u00fablico Fiscal y la Asociaci\u00f3n de Defensores y Defensoras P\u00fablicas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>All\u00ed, el m\u00e1ximo tribunal explic\u00f3 que analizaba impulsar un proyecto de ley para eliminar las ferias de enero y julio, aunque dej\u00f3 en claro que cualquier iniciativa quedar\u00eda supeditada a que existiera consenso.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Sin imposiciones<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Fern\u00e1ndez Mend\u00eda insisti\u00f3 en la necesidad de abrir el juego:<br>\u201cEs importante que cada uno de los sectores ligados al servicio de justicia exprese su opini\u00f3n sobre el tema y proponga ideas o sugerencias; pero tambi\u00e9n es fundamental dejar en claro que para que se avance con la propuesta se necesita de consensos.
