El mec\u00e1nico, quien se anunciaba en internet como especialista en autos hist\u00f3ricos,&nbsp;<strong>no devolvi\u00f3 el auto ni complet\u00f3 la reparaci\u00f3n<\/strong>, pese a m\u00faltiples intentos del due\u00f1o por recuperarlo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/tn.com.ar\/resizer\/v2\/rolls-royce-silver-shadow-de-1972-P2PQL7V2JBB6FJDPQRESTCMX7Y.jpg?auth=7871fa4652a872c8d4e8a5e08b9dfbb4e08871a3822233455b0923ae948aa8ab&amp;width=767\" alt=\"Rolls-Royce Silver Shadow de 1972\" \/><figcaption class=\"wp-element-caption\">Rolls-Royce Silver Shadow de 1972<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Seg\u00fan el escrito de acusaci\u00f3n al que accedi\u00f3&nbsp;<em>Periodismo del Motor<\/em>, el caso se enmarca dentro de un&nbsp;<strong>delito de apropiaci\u00f3n indebida<\/strong>&nbsp;conforme a los art\u00edculos 253.1 y 250.1 del C\u00f3digo Penal espa\u00f1ol.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Pedido de prisi\u00f3n&#8230; y multa millonaria<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Adem\u00e1s de la pena de prisi\u00f3n, la Fiscal\u00eda pide una&nbsp;<strong>multa de nueve meses<\/strong>&nbsp;y una&nbsp;<strong>indemnizaci\u00f3n equivalente al valor del Rolls-Royce<\/strong>, es decir&nbsp;<strong>56.975 euros<\/strong>, para resarcir al propietario.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El juicio se celebr\u00f3 el&nbsp;<strong>14 de enero en la Sala Novena de la Audiencia Provincial de Barcelona<\/strong>, donde se evaluar\u00e1 si el acusado actu\u00f3 con intenci\u00f3n de quedarse con el autom\u00f3vil o si, por el contrario, hubo otras circunstancias en torno a la larga retenci\u00f3n del veh\u00edculo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Para muchos coleccionistas, modelos como el&nbsp;<strong>Rolls-Royce Silver Shadow<\/strong>&nbsp;no son solo autos, sino piezas de historia automotriz que requieren confianza plena en quienes se encargan de su mantenimiento.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Hace siete a\u00f1os que debe devolver al veh\u00edculo.
