El gobernador Sergio Ziliotto firm\u00f3 el acuerdo que alivia la caja provincial.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

La Pampa acceder\u00e1 a $62.500 millones <\/strong>correspondientes a la deuda que acumul\u00f3 Naci\u00f3n por el d\u00e9ficit previsional.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Mediante la firma de un convenio de financiamiento, celebrado entre el gobernador Sergio Ziliotto <\/strong>y el titular del ANSES Fernando Bearzi<\/strong>, la Provincia y el Estado Nacional acordaron reducir la deuda previsional.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n

El monto de $ 62.500 millones corresponde al financiamiento provisorio del d\u00e9ficit del Sistema Previsional de los agentes p\u00fablicos provinciales, y se fundamenta en las auditor\u00edas realizadas entre los equipos t\u00e9cnicos del organismo nacional y del Instituto de Seguridad Social de La Pampa.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Este acuerdo \u00abresponde a la legalidad y legitimidad del reclamo del gobierno provincial, pero se sustenta principalmente en la coherencia y constancia para sostenerlo utilizando todos los mecanismos institucionales a su alcance<\/strong>\u00ab, dijo el gobierno pampeano.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

La vigencia de la Ley 27.260 sent\u00f3 las bases para definir un esquema de financiamiento para las provincias que no traspasaron sus reg\u00edmenes previsionales a la \u00f3rbita nacional.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Adem\u00e1s, existi\u00f3 la decisi\u00f3n provincial de adherir el R\u00e9gimen de Extinci\u00f3n de Obligaciones Rec\u00edprocas creado por el Gobierno Nacional<\/strong>, \u00e1mbito en el cual se tramitan todas las demandas por deudas nacionales y en el que se concreta el presente acuerdo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Tambi\u00e9n qued\u00f3 asentado un reclamo ante la Corte Suprema de Justicia<\/strong>, cuyo mandato de conciliaci\u00f3n propici\u00f3 este acuerdo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

El monto acordado ser\u00e1 transferido de la siguiente manera: inicialmente $ 2.500 millones, y el resto en doce cuotas mensuales y consecutivas de $ 5.000 millones desde enero de 2026<\/strong>, correspondi\u00e9ndole a los municipios y comisiones de Fomento de la provincia el 11,73 % de los pagos recibidos, sumas que les ser\u00e1n transferidas ante cada desembolso de la ANSES.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

A lo largo de 2025, el gobierno nacional suscribi\u00f3 convenios similares. Con C\u00f3rdoba acord\u00f3 la suma de $ 60 mil millones a pagar en 12 cuotas<\/strong>, mientras que con Entre R\u00edos convino transferir $ 48 mil millones en 8 cuotas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
