Esta medida fue oficializada mediante la&nbsp;<strong>Resoluci\u00f3n 504\/2025<\/strong>, publicada este viernes en el&nbsp;<strong>Bolet\u00edn Oficial<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La norma establece los procedimientos y requisitos t\u00e9cnicos y registrales para la operaci\u00f3n de&nbsp;<strong>dep\u00f3sitos port\u00e1tiles<\/strong>&nbsp;destinados al abastecimiento minorista de combustibles.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>De acuerdo con lo informado por\u00a0<strong>Agencia Noticias Argentinas<\/strong>, la\u00a0<strong>resoluci\u00f3n<\/strong>\u00a0considera a las estaciones de servicio m\u00f3viles como una herramienta esencial para garantizar el abastecimiento en\u00a0<strong>localidades<\/strong>\u00a0que no cuentan con estaciones fijas en un radio considerable. Su implementaci\u00f3n tiene como objetivo principal\u00a0<strong>reducir las distancias y costos de traslado<\/strong>\u00a0para los consumidores, a la vez que impulsa el desarrollo de las econom\u00edas regionales.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Esta modalidad tambi\u00e9n se presenta como una alternativa segura y econ\u00f3mica, dado que los costos asociados al mantenimiento de las instalaciones son menores en comparaci\u00f3n con las estaciones fijas, que requieren de tanques soterrados.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La&nbsp;<strong>Secretar\u00eda de Energ\u00eda<\/strong>&nbsp;ya hab\u00eda autorizado previamente el uso de&nbsp;<strong>tanques sobre el terreno<\/strong>&nbsp;y la implementaci\u00f3n de estaciones m\u00f3viles. La nueva normativa define las&nbsp;<strong>Estaciones de Servicio M\u00f3viles<\/strong>&nbsp;como \u00abdep\u00f3sitos port\u00e1tiles aut\u00f3nomos totalmente equipados para el transporte y abastecimiento de hidrocarburos\u00bb.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Las autoridades destacan la flexibilidad de las estaciones m\u00f3viles, que permiten&nbsp;<strong>instalaciones r\u00e1pidas y reubicaciones<\/strong>&nbsp;seg\u00fan sea necesario, superando las limitaciones de las estaciones fijas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A nivel regulatorio, la resoluci\u00f3n incluye a los operadores autorizados para el expendio de combustibles l\u00edquidos bajo esta modalidad en el&nbsp;<strong>Registro de Bocas de Expendio de Combustibles L\u00edquidos<\/strong>. Adem\u00e1s, se aprobaron procedimientos diferenciados para la&nbsp;<strong>Estaci\u00f3n Modular Port\u00e1til<\/strong>&nbsp;y la&nbsp;<strong>Estaci\u00f3n de Servicio M\u00f3vil
