{"id":4167,"date":"2025-11-26T09:50:07","date_gmt":"2025-11-26T12:50:07","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/impactocastex.com.ar\/?p=4167"},"modified":"2025-11-26T09:50:08","modified_gmt":"2025-11-26T12:50:08","slug":"condenado-por-estafas-debera-devolver-us-13-800-y-600-000","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/impactocastex.com.ar\/?p=4167","title":{"rendered":"Condenado por estafas deber\u00e1 devolver U$S 13.800 y $ 600.000"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>Un hombre que realiz\u00f3&nbsp;<strong>tres estafas a trav\u00e9s de lo que se conoce com\u00fanmente como el \u201ccuento del t\u00edo\u201d,&nbsp;<\/strong>fue&nbsp;<strong>condenado este martes a tres a\u00f1os de prisi\u00f3n en suspenso y una prohibici\u00f3n para ingresar a La Pampa;&nbsp;<\/strong>y adem\u00e1s&nbsp;<strong>deber\u00e1 devolver 13.800 d\u00f3lares y 600.000 pesos a las v\u00edctimas.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La&nbsp;<strong>sentencia contra Elio Daniel Jordan<\/strong>&nbsp;fue dictada por el juez de control Carlos Mat\u00edas Chapalcaz, al homologar un acuerdo de juicio abreviado rubricado por el fiscal general M\u00e1ximo Orlando Paulucci, la defensora oficial Mar\u00eda Silvina Blanco G\u00f3mez y&nbsp;<strong>el propio imputado, de 28 a\u00f1os y domiciliado en Florencia Varela, quien admiti\u00f3 la autor\u00eda de los il\u00edcitos.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La condena a tres a\u00f1os de prisi\u00f3n de ejecuci\u00f3n condicional fue por ser autor del delito de estafa, tres hechos que concursaron en forma real entre s\u00ed. A su vez se le fijaron, por el mismo lapso, las siguientes obligaciones: fijar residencia, someterse al cuidado de la Unidad de Abordaje, Orientaci\u00f3n y Supervisi\u00f3n de personas en conflicto con la ley penal, y prohibici\u00f3n absoluta de contacto por cualquier medio con relaci\u00f3n a las personas damnificadas y de ingreso a la provincia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Tambi\u00e9n, en el plazo de un a\u00f1o \u2013a partir de quedar firme el fallo\u2013, deber\u00e1 reintegrar las sumas de 13.800 d\u00f3lares y 600.000 pesos. Si no lo hiciera, quedar\u00e1 expedita la v\u00eda ejecutiva para que se concrete la reparaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Todos los hechos ocurrieron en Santa Rosa con apenas cuatro d\u00edas de diferencia<\/strong>. El primero sucedi\u00f3 el pasado 27 de marzo a media tarde, cuando Jordan lleg\u00f3 hasta una vivienda de la calle Lope de Vega y una mujer le entreg\u00f3 5.000 d\u00f3lares y 33.000 pesos. Previamente, la v\u00edctima hab\u00eda recibido un llamado al tel\u00e9fono fijo de alguien que dijo ser su nieto, y que le expres\u00f3 que hab\u00eda problemas con el banco y \u201cque deb\u00eda entregar los ahorros y brindar la numeraci\u00f3n de los billetes\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Al d\u00eda siguiente, el acusado repiti\u00f3 la maniobra en un domicilio de avenida Santiago Marzo, donde otra mujer le dio 1.500 d\u00f3lares y 600.000 pesos. Poco antes, la damnificada hab\u00eda recibido el llamado de un hombre, que se hizo pasar por su hijo, quien le manifest\u00f3 que \u201cdeb\u00eda cambiar los billetes de numeraci\u00f3n, ya que no servir\u00edan m\u00e1s\u201d, que \u00e9l estaba en el banco y que un hombre llamado Cristian Fern\u00e1ndez ir\u00e1 a retirar el dinero, d\u00e1ndole el c\u00f3digo 2020.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La \u00faltima estafa se produjo el 31 marzo en una casa de la calle Santiago del Estero, donde Jordan recibi\u00f3 de un hombre un sobre con 7.300 d\u00f3lares. En el llamado telef\u00f3nico previo, alguien que simul\u00f3 ser un sobrino le expres\u00f3: \u201cEstoy en el banco, no puedo hablar mucho porque se corta la llamada, \u00bfno te llam\u00f3 mam\u00e1?\u2026 hay que cambiar los billetes; los verdes que empiecen con las letras A-K-M-R-U-E\u201d. A \u00e9l tambi\u00e9n le indicaron que ir\u00eda un tal Cristian Fern\u00e1ndez con el c\u00f3digo 2020.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cM\u00e1s all\u00e1 del reconocimiento realizado por el imputado, al suscribir el acuerdo de juicio abreviado, los hechos quedaron debidamente acreditados \u2013remarc\u00f3 Chapalcaz\u2013. Los tres damnificados realizaron las correspondientes denuncias, relatando las circunstancias de modo, tiempo y lugar en similares t\u00e9rminos\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Con relaci\u00f3n a dos de los hechos, se obtuvieron registros f\u00edlmicos en las inmediaciones de los domicilios; observ\u00e1ndose \u201cel accionar desplegado por Jordan\u201d al momento de cometer los delitos. Y con relaci\u00f3n a la restante estafa se comprob\u00f3 que fue en Uber hasta la calle Santiago del Estero y, posteriormente, se determin\u00f3 que hab\u00eda alquilado un departamento en la calle
