El Ente Nacional de Comunicaciones<\/b> public\u00f3 hace unos d\u00edas en el Bolet\u00edn Oficial la resoluci\u00f3n que aprueba<\/a> la creaci\u00f3n de AlertAR<\/b>, el proyecto que busca construir un sistema de alerta temprana para celulares<\/b>, de tal manera que ante una eventual emergencia meteorol\u00f3gica o de otra \u00edndole las autoridades puedan enviar en forma masiva un mensaje de alerta a todos los celulares en un \u00e1rea; es un sistema que ya funciona en otros pa\u00edses. La previsi\u00f3n es que montar este sistema costar\u00e1 unos 12.000 millones de pesos, seg\u00fan detalla el Enacom. <\/p>\n

Ese dinero, que se tomar\u00e1 del Fondo Fiduciario del Servicio Universal<\/b><\/a>,<\/b> se usar\u00e1 para la \u201cadquisici\u00f3n y financiamiento de infraestructura activa y pasiva que permitan contribuir a la gesti\u00f3n de los protocolos de prevenci\u00f3n, alerta de emergencias y cat\u00e1strofes, como as\u00ed tambi\u00e9n, de todo otro hecho que requiera poner en estado de alerta a la poblaci\u00f3n en virtud de desastres naturales, alertas meteorol\u00f3gicas extremas y\/o advertencias de seguridad p\u00fablica, ello a los fines de salvaguardar la integridad de los habitantes y bienes en las localizaciones, dentro un \u00e1rea geogr\u00e1fica establecida en el territorio de la Rep\u00fablica Argentina\u201d, seg\u00fan detalla la resoluci\u00f3n que lleva la firma de Juan Mart\u00edn Ozores<\/b>, interventor del organismo desde 2024<\/a>. <\/p>\n
