La Polic\u00eda secuestr\u00f3 el arma utilizada para el crimen<\/p>\n\n\n\n
<\/strong>La investigaci\u00f3n habr\u00eda descartado un intento de robo y se centraba en una violenta discusi\u00f3n ocurrida durante una reuni\u00f3n entre conocidos, donde la v\u00edctima, de 29 a\u00f1os, recibi\u00f3 dos disparos mortales.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
El homicidio de un joven de 29 a\u00f1os en la madrugada de este s\u00e1bado conmueve a la localidad de Toay. El hecho, ocurrido en una vivienda particular, genera conmoci\u00f3n en la comunidad y mantiene en vilo a los investigadores.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
En un primer momento, las l\u00edneas de investigaci\u00f3n que segu\u00edan la Polic\u00eda de La Pampa y la Fiscal\u00eda interviniente habr\u00edan apuntado a un presunto intento de robo que termin\u00f3 en homicidio. Sin embargo, con el paso de las horas la causa habr\u00eda tomado otro rumbo: el crimen se habr\u00eda producido en el marco de una reuni\u00f3n entre conocidos que deriv\u00f3 en una violenta discusi\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
De acuerdo con las primeras averiguaciones, el propietario de la vivienda, identificado como Feininger, se habr\u00eda encontrado compartiendo una charla con dos familiares \u2014quienes permanec\u00edan demorados\u2014 cuando arrib\u00f3 la v\u00edctima, Emiliano Alexis Ju\u00e1rez Castillos, de 29 a\u00f1os, junto a otros tres amigos. Todos habr\u00edan participado de una velada que incluy\u00f3 consumo de bebidas alcoh\u00f3licas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Por causas que a\u00fan se intentaban establecer, la conversaci\u00f3n habr\u00eda derivado en una pelea. En ese contexto, Ju\u00e1rez Castillos habr\u00eda intentado agredir al due\u00f1o de casa con un cuchillo, y este habr\u00eda respondido tomando un rev\u00f3lver calibre .38 con el que efectu\u00f3 dos disparos que impactaron en el rostro y la espalda del joven.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
La v\u00edctima habr\u00eda intentado retirarse del lugar junto a sus acompa\u00f1antes, pero habr\u00eda fallecido a los pocos minutos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<\/figure>\n\n\n\n
En el domicilio se hicieron presentes el fiscal de Delitos contra las Personas, Andr\u00e9s Torino; el jefe de Polic\u00eda, comisario general Claudio Cano; y otras autoridades policiales. Las diligencias judiciales habr\u00edan quedado a cargo de la licenciada S\u00e1nchez, bajo la coordinaci\u00f3n del Ministerio P\u00fablico Fiscal.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
