Frente a esa pr\u00e1ctica, <b>recomend\u00f3 utilizar recipientes de vidrio resistentes al calor<\/b>.<\/p>\n<p><b>\u201cTe voy a traer algo que hacemos cotidianamente los seres humanos y no nos damos cuenta\u201d<\/b>, anticip\u00f3 Tartaglione antes de explicar cu\u00e1l es el h\u00e1bito que convendr\u00eda modificar.<\/p>\n<figure><video height=\"720\" width=\"1280\" poster=\"https:\/\/cdn.jwplayer.com\/v2\/media\/JBSr5CqJ\/poster.jpg?width=1280\" preload=\"none\"><\/video><figcaption>Malas costumbres: calentar comida en el microondas<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<h1>La advertencia de Tartaglione<\/h1>\n<p>El informe comenz\u00f3 con una pregunta concreta dirigida a los integrantes del programa: <b>\u201cVos ten\u00e9s el microondas, \u00bfc\u00f3mo calent\u00e1s?\u201d<\/b>.<\/p>\n<p>Uno de ellos respondi\u00f3 que utilizaba una fuente. Ante la consulta sobre si era de pl\u00e1stico o de vidrio, aclar\u00f3 que se trataba de la segunda opci\u00f3n. <b>\u201cExcelente\u201d<\/b>, reaccion\u00f3 Tartaglione, quien consider\u00f3 que ese era el material indicado.<\/p>\n<p>En ese momento, otro de los participantes cont\u00f3 que no ten\u00eda microondas en su casa porque nunca le hab\u00eda gustado y que, en cambio, calentaba la comida en un horno el\u00e9ctrico. El m\u00e9dico aprovech\u00f3 el intercambio para dejar una recomendaci\u00f3n destinada a quienes s\u00ed emplean ese electrodom\u00e9stico.<\/p>\n<p><b>\u201cEl mensaje para ustedes en casa, para terminar con un mensaje saludable, es tratar de no meter en el microondas cosas de pl\u00e1stico, porque tienen micropl\u00e1sticos\u201d<\/b>, se\u00f1al\u00f3.<\/p>\n<p>Seg\u00fan Tartaglione, estas part\u00edculas se encuentran presentes en el cuerpo y pueden repercutir en la salud. <b>\u201cSabemos hoy muy claramente que cada uno de nosotros en nuestro organismo tenemos gran cantidad que impactan en la salud\u201d<\/b>, agreg\u00f3.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/resizer.glanacion.com\/resizer\/v2\/3JLE2M36B5A7VK4Z7ZQEIQAAVU.jpeg?auth=591fb87a06a046774237acf54033dca0a3f1ee01dbd121f2711b05dba04fb97f&amp;smart=true&amp;width=1600&amp;height=1066\" alt=\"Tartaglione desaconsej\u00f3 el uso de pl\u00e1sticos en el microondas\" height=\"1066\" width=\"1600\" \/><\/p>\n<h1>Qu\u00e9 ocurre con los recipientes aptos para microondas<\/h1>\n<p>Tras la explicaci\u00f3n, el m\u00e9dico fue consultado por aquellos envases que cuentan con una indicaci\u00f3n espec\u00edfica para ser utilizados dentro del electrodom\u00e9stico.<\/p>\n<p><b>\u201c\u00bfAun los que dicen que son aptos para microondas?\u201d<\/b>, le preguntaron. Tartaglione respondi\u00f3 que tambi\u00e9n aconsejaba evitar esos productos: <b>\u201cAun los que son aptos se sugiere no usarlos\u201d<\/b>.<\/p>\n<p>Como alternativa, el especialista recomend\u00f3 emplear recipientes fabricados con vidrio y preparados para resistir el calor. <b>\u201cLo ideal es tener recipientes de vidrio para poner dentro del microondas, aptos para calor\u201d<\/b>, indic\u00f3.<\/p>\n<p>De esta manera, <b>el consejo consiste en trasladar los alimentos a un envase de vidrio antes de calentarlos<\/b>, en lugar de introducir en el microondas el recipiente pl\u00e1stico utilizado para guardarlos o transportarlos.<\/p>\n<p>\u200bEl m\u00e9dico Jorge Tartaglione advirti\u00f3 en LN+ sobre una pr\u00e1ctica cotidiana que muchas personas realizan sin
