En este marco, <b>el domingo 12 de julio<\/b>, el sitio de cocina de La Naci\u00f3n presentar\u00e1 <b>dos clases especiales <\/b>que reflejan dos miradas diferentes sobre la gastronom\u00eda: la cocina inclusiva y la cocina de producto.<\/p>\n<p>La primera cita ser\u00e1 a las <b>15 h<\/b>, cuando <b>Alejandra Temporini<\/b>, referente de la <a href=\"https:\/\/foodit.lanacion.com.ar\/recetas\/dieta\/sin-gluten\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer\" title=\"https:\/\/foodit.lanacion.com.ar\/recetas\/dieta\/sin-gluten\/\">cocina sin gluten<\/a>, suba al escenario para compartir una propuesta enfocada en la inclusi\u00f3n y en la posibilidad de construir mesas donde todas las personas puedan disfrutar de la misma experiencia gastron\u00f3mica. Durante su presentaci\u00f3n elaborar\u00e1 un cl\u00e1sico de la cocina argentina: <b>osobuco braseado acompa\u00f1ado de risotto de arroz carnaroli<\/b>, una preparaci\u00f3n que combina t\u00e9cnica, sabor y productos de calidad.<\/p>\n<h2>El Gran Banquete Argentino<\/h2>\n<p>En su edici\u00f3n n\u00famero 20, Caminos y Sabores propone el concepto de <b>\u201cEl Gran Banquete Argentino\u201d<\/b>, una celebraci\u00f3n colectiva que re\u00fane a productores, emprendedores y cocineros de todo el pa\u00eds alrededor de aquello que ocurre cuando compartimos una comida: encuentros, conversaciones, an\u00e9cdotas y v\u00ednculos que se construyen alrededor de la mesa.<\/p>\n<p>Durante cuatro jornadas, <b>reconocidos chefs de distintas generaciones y estilos cocinar\u00e1n como lo har\u00edan para familiares y amigos<\/b>, compartiendo recetas, recuerdos, productos regionales e historias que reflejan la identidad gastron\u00f3mica argentina.<\/p>\n<p>El ciclo se desarrollar\u00e1 en dos cocinas con programaci\u00f3n simult\u00e1nea.
