{"id":21661,"date":"2026-07-02T05:00:57","date_gmt":"2026-07-02T08:00:57","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/impactocastex.com.ar\/?p=21661"},"modified":"2026-07-02T05:00:57","modified_gmt":"2026-07-02T08:00:57","slug":"la-manera-correcta-de-bajar-la-grasa-segun-la-nutricionista-laura-romano","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/impactocastex.com.ar\/?p=21661","title":{"rendered":"La manera correcta de bajar la grasa, seg\u00fan la nutricionista Laura Romano"},"content":{"rendered":"<div class=\"sc-45461e9c-0 eqiBeF container-text text-embed \">\n<p>Los expertos no se cansan de decirlo: una de las claves para llevar una vida saludable no se basa en implementar cambios rotundos y dr\u00e1sticos, sino en<strong> lograr afianzar h\u00e1bitos<\/strong> vinculados a la alimentaci\u00f3n, la actividad f\u00edsica, el descanso adecuado y el manejo estr\u00e9s.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"sc-45461e9c-0 eqiBeF container-text text-embed \">\n<p>Es decir, es mejor empezar a incorporar el h\u00e1bito, por ejemplo, de moverse, caminando a paso apurado todas las ma\u00f1anas durante 20, 30 o 40 minutos y sostenerlo; que pasar del sedentarismo a pretender ir al gimnasio cuatro veces por semana, <strong>una meta dif\u00edcil de alcanzar<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"sc-45461e9c-0 eqiBeF container-text text-embed \">\n<p>Algo parecido ocurre con la alimentaci\u00f3n: pasar de no prestarle ning\u00fan tipo de atenci\u00f3n a la nutrici\u00f3n a<strong> limitar todas las comidas <\/strong>para priorizar alimentos no cal\u00f3ricos, parece algo dif\u00edcil de mantener en el tiempo. Y no necesariamente es la manera indicada, todo lo contrario: luego vienen juntas las ganas de comer (mucho) eso que se sale de la lista de permitidos.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"sc-45461e9c-0 eqiBeF container-text text-embed \">\n<p>En esa l\u00ednea se inscribe el planteo de la nutricionista Laura Romano, directora de SENDA, en lo que respecta al descenso de peso. Seg\u00fan se desprende de su explicaci\u00f3n, de nada sirve intentar bajar la <strong>grasa corporal de manera r\u00e1pida<\/strong>, ya que, dado el mecanismo por el cual sucede, es imposible que ocurra de un d\u00eda para otro.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"sc-45461e9c-0 eqiBeF container-text text-embed \">\n<p>Por otro lado, el descenso abrupto encierra el riesgo de bajar algo que no queremos: la <strong>masa muscular<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"sc-45461e9c-0 eqiBeF container-text text-embed \">\n<p>La nutricionista explica que el descenso de la grasa corporal<strong> lleva tiempo<\/strong>, lo cual parece operar en contra de la l\u00f3gica tan arraigada del \u201ctodo o nada\u201d, que alimenta la expectativa de ver efectos r\u00e1pidos. Sosteniendo h\u00e1bitos saludables los resultados llegar\u00e1n, pero no en forma inmediata.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<h2>El kilo de grasa y las 7 mil calor\u00edas<\/h2>\n<div class=\"sc-45461e9c-0 eqiBeF container-text text-embed \">\n<p>\u201c<strong>La grasa se baja lento<\/strong>\u201d, dice Romano, antes de precisar que un kilo de grasa almacena 7 mil calor\u00edas. \u00abPor ende -explica-, para haber subido un kilo de grasa tuviste que haber comido 7 mil calor\u00edas de m\u00e1s, y lo mismo ocurre, pero a la inversa, para bajar un kilo de grasa: hay que bajar 7 mil calor\u00edas\u201d.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"sc-563699f5-0 gGKmSz\">\n<p class=\"DespieceTitle\">Suscribite a Buena Vida<\/p>\n<div>\n<p>Cada quince d\u00edas, Florencia Cunzolo te cuenta lo \u00faltimo para cuidar tu salud y sentirte bien. A fines pr\u00e1cticos, se redonde\u00f3 en 7 mil.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"sc-45461e9c-0 eqiBeF container-text text-embed \">\n<p>Ahora bien, es evidente que no se pueden perder 7 mil calor\u00edas \u00abde prepo\u00bb. Por eso, la nutricionista propone dividir 7 mil en 30, los d\u00edas del mes, apuntando a generar peque\u00f1os <strong>cambios sostenidos en el tiempo<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"sc-45461e9c-0 eqiBeF container-text text-embed \">\n<p>\u00abSi hacemos la cuenta: divido 7 mil en 30 d\u00edas, son<strong> 233 calor\u00edas por d\u00eda<\/strong>. Es un pu\u00f1ado generoso de frutos secos, una cucharada menos de comida al mediod\u00eda y otra a la noche\u00bb, propone. <\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"sc-45461e9c-0 eqiBeF container-text text-embed \">\n<p>Y suma que esas doscientas calor\u00edas tambi\u00e9n pueden ser gastadas: \u00abuna caminata moderada, ni siquiera intensa, de una hora, son 200 calor\u00edas\u00bb, ejemplifica.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<h2>\u00bfQu\u00e9 se baja cuando se baja de peso r\u00e1pidamente?<\/h2>\n<div class=\"sc-45461e9c-0 eqiBeF container-text text-embed \">\n<p>Teniendo en cuenta el punto se\u00f1alado por Romano, puede deducirse que un<strong> descenso de peso abrupto<\/strong> no solamente ser\u00e1 dif\u00edcil de sostener en el tiempo, sino que adem\u00e1s nos puede hacer bajar indicadores que son importantes para la salud, y que por ende no queremos reducir, como la masa muscular.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"sc-45461e9c-0 eqiBeF container-text text-embed \">\n<p>La respuesta a ambas cuestiones, tan a contramano de la ansiedad reinante (querer ver resultados inmediatos sin priorizar el proceso); es el <a href=\"https:\/\/www.clarin.com\/buena-vida\/sencilla-formula-podemos-implementar-mejorar-habitos-2025_0_JcZZ0AlE8H.html\" target=\"_blank\" title=\"cambio de h\u00e1bitos\" class=\"tac-player-processed\">cambio de h\u00e1bitos<\/a>.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"sc-45461e9c-0 eqiBeF container-text text-embed \">\n<p>\u201cNo hace falta matarse para bajar la grasa\u201d, alienta, \u201csino que<strong> haciendo peque\u00f1as diferencias<\/strong> cada d\u00eda sostenidas en el tiempo, vas a ver la gran diferencia\u201d, dice Romano.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"sc-45461e9c-0 eqiBeF container-text text-embed \">\n<p>\u201cEl peso<strong> no baja de manera lineal<\/strong>, sino que peque\u00f1os cambios sostenidos en el tiempo son mucho m\u00e1s grandes de lo que vos te imagin\u00e1s\u201d, alienta la profesional.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<h2>La l\u00f3gica del 80\/20<\/h2>\n<div class=\"sc-45461e9c-0 eqiBeF container-text text-embed \">\n<p>Romano viene insistiendo<strong> desde hace mucho tiempo<\/strong> en que la clave para el descenso de peso no se basa en dietas restrictivas, que generan un descenso abrupto cuya l\u00f3gica impide que se sostenga en el tiempo (nadie puede vivir mucho tiempo sin comer nada cal\u00f3rico o \u201dprohibido\u201d).<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"sc-98b114a2-0 bkqiHH image-embed  image-embed \"><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" alt=\"El m\u00e9todo 80\/20 admite los antojos, de manera acotada. Foto ilustraci\u00f3n Adobe Stock.<\/span><span class=\"picture-open\"><button class=\"open-image\" aria-label=\"Open Image\"><\/button><\/span><\/div>\n<div class=\"sc-45461e9c-0 eqiBeF container-text text-embed \">\n<p>Por el contrario, propone que sostengamos <a href=\"https:\/\/www.clarin.com\/buena-vida\/metodo-80-20-bajar-peso-privarte_0_zAm8v8Luv.html\" target=\"_blank\" title=\" durante el 80% del tiempo\" class=\"tac-player-processed\">durante el 80% del tiempo<\/a> h\u00e1bitos saludables y \u201cmedidos\u201d (comer alimentos nutritivos, variados, en porciones que no resulten excesivas), y destinar el 20% del tiempo restante, a comer cosas que nos gusten <strong>aunque no sean saludables<\/strong>, y en porciones m\u00e1s relajadas.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"sc-45461e9c-0 eqiBeF container-text text-embed \">\n<p>\u201cSomos seres sociales\u201d, suele decir, y no es conveniente desestimar el <strong>placer<\/strong> que produce en encuentros o en soledad en momentos determinados, hacerle lugar al deseo. Si se lo proh\u00edbe, encontrar\u00e1 la forma de volver, y de maneras poco medidas, como los atracones.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"sc-45461e9c-0 eqiBeF container-text text-embed \">\n<p>Siguiendo la l\u00ednea del 80\/20, esto se traduce, en caso de necesitar sistematizarlo, en que de<strong> 28 comidas<\/strong> que tiene la semana (4&#215;7), 23 deber\u00edan ser saludables, mientras que en 5 de ellas podemos incluir alimentos poco saludables, como snacks, helado, alguna hamburguesa.
