Por ejemplo, si metes mucho exceso con el alcohol, despu\u00e9s el cuerpo te va a pedir una demanda muy grande de energ\u00eda. <b>Y todo lo que sobra se va a tus reservas grasas del abdomen<\/b>\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>En palabras de S\u00edvori, \u201cun vaso de cerveza o una copa de vino tienen un nivel de calor\u00edas muy cercana. <b>La \u00fanica diferencia est\u00e1 en que la cerveza te hincha m\u00e1s<\/b>\u201d<\/p>\n<h1>El az\u00facar en las frutas<\/h1>\n<p>M\u00e1s all\u00e1 del helado y la cerveza, otra tentaci\u00f3n del verano son las frutas de estaci\u00f3n. \u201c<b>En esta \u00e9poca, el mel\u00f3n y la sand\u00eda son muy buscadas<\/b>, porque aportan un gran nivel de agua\u201d, explic\u00f3 el especialista.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cRespecto al nivel de az\u00facar, <b>en una rodaja de sand\u00eda el mismo no equivale ni siquiera a un caramelo<\/b>\u201d, revel\u00f3 S\u00edvori. Muchos dicen, \u2018<b>me compro un heladito para refrescarme<\/b>\u2019, cuando, en realidad, ese alimento se va a traducir r\u00e1pidamente en calor\u00edas\u201d, agreg\u00f3.<\/p>\n<p>Para explicar el impacto que ese consumo produce en nuestro organismo, el especialista mencion\u00f3: \u201cEl cuerpo no puede aprovechar las calor\u00edas completas.
