La medida fue oficializada a trav\u00e9s de la <a href=\"https:\/\/www.boletinoficial.gob.ar\/detalleAviso\/primera\/342365\/20260526\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer\" title=\"https:\/\/www.boletinoficial.gob.ar\/detalleAviso\/primera\/342365\/20260526\"><i>Disposici\u00f3n 8\/2026<\/i><\/a>, publicada en el Bolet\u00edn Oficial. Sin embargo, la sociedad an\u00f3nima no tiene exposici\u00f3n p\u00fablica ni inform\u00f3 con qu\u00e9 aviones operar\u00eda.<\/p>\n<p>La norma habilita a la empresa <b>Oritroy Sociedad An\u00f3nima<\/b> a prestar <b>vuelos no regulares<\/b>, es decir, servicios ch\u00e1rter o bajo demanda. La autorizaci\u00f3n incluye transporte de pasajeros y cargas \u201cde forma combinada\u201d, para trayectos internos e internacionales. <\/p>\n<p>Seg\u00fan el texto oficial, <b>la empresa acredit\u00f3 capacidad t\u00e9cnica y econ\u00f3mico-financiera<\/b>, adem\u00e1s de cumplir con los requisitos establecidos por el C\u00f3digo Aeron\u00e1utico para obtener una autorizaci\u00f3n aerocomercial.<\/p>\n<p>De todos modos, <b>Oritroy \u2014con domicilio en el barrio porte\u00f1o de Caballito\u2014 a\u00fan no est\u00e1 habilitada para operar vuelos.<\/b> Antes deber\u00e1 obtener el Certificado de Explotador de Servicios A\u00e9reos, tr\u00e1mite que deber\u00e1 completar dentro de los 180 d\u00edas corridos desde la autorizaci\u00f3n oficial. En caso de incumplimiento, el Estado podr\u00e1 intimarla por \u00fanica vez y, si la situaci\u00f3n persiste, la autorizaci\u00f3n quedar\u00e1 sin efecto.<\/p>\n<p><b>Fuentes del Gobierno reconocieron que se trata de una empresa \u201cmuy peque\u00f1a\u201d y no brindaron mayores precisiones sobre el proyecto.<\/b><\/p>\n<p>La medida se enmarca en el <a href=\"https:\/\/www.boletinoficial.gob.ar\/detalleAviso\/primera\/310257\/20240710\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer\" title=\"https:\/\/www.boletinoficial.gob.ar\/detalleAviso\/primera\/310257\/20240710\"><b>Decreto 599\/2024<\/b><\/a>, con el que la administraci\u00f3n de <b>Javier Milei<\/b> modific\u00f3 el acceso a los mercados aerocomerciales y flexibiliz\u00f3 el ingreso de nuevos operadores. Ese esquema contempla autorizaciones para servicios regulares y no regulares, nacionales e internacionales, adem\u00e1s de actividades aeroportuarias. <\/p>\n<p>La resoluci\u00f3n tambi\u00e9n menciona una <a href=\"https:\/\/www.lanacion.com.ar\/politica\/el-gobierno-habilito-a-los-duenos-de-aviones-pequenos-a-que-puedan-crear-lineas-aereas-nid26112024\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer\" title=\"https:\/\/www.lanacion.com.ar\/politica\/el-gobierno-habilito-a-los-duenos-de-aviones-pequenos-a-que-puedan-crear-lineas-aereas-nid26112024\/\">disposici\u00f3n de 2024<\/a> que simplific\u00f3 los tr\u00e1mites para operadores con aeronaves de hasta <b>19 plazas<\/b>, que permiti\u00f3 iniciar simult\u00e1neamente la autorizaci\u00f3n comercial y el Certificado de Explotador de Servicios A\u00e9reos. <\/p>\n<h1>Una empresa sin antecedentes<\/h1>\n<p>La disposici\u00f3n no detalla con qu\u00e9 flota prev\u00e9 operar Oritroy ni cu\u00e1l ser\u00e1 su modelo de negocios.<\/p>\n<p>La empresa, identificada con <b>CUIT 30-71919293-5 <\/b>y con domicilio en Doblas 955, no registra hasta ahora una presencia relevante en el sector aerocomercial. Tampoco trascendieron qui\u00e9nes integran la sociedad ni cu\u00e1l ser\u00e1 su estrategia para ingresar al mercado.<\/p>\n<p>Un antecedente similar fue el de <b>Domus Airways S.A<\/b>., una empresa a\u00e9rea estadounidense fundada por un empresario argentino, que recibi\u00f3 autorizaci\u00f3n para operar rutas nacionales e internacionales pese a no haber realizado vuelos desde su creaci\u00f3n, en 2018.<\/p>\n<p>A trav\u00e9s de <a href=\"https:\/\/www.boletinoficial.gob.ar\/detalleAviso\/primera\/326146\/20250529\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer\" title=\"https:\/\/www.boletinoficial.gob.ar\/detalleAviso\/primera\/326146\/20250529\"><b>la Disposici\u00f3n 15\/2025<\/b><\/a>, el Gobierno habilit\u00f3 a la compa\u00f1\u00eda \u2014con base en Florida\u2014 a operar diez rutas. Seg\u00fan se inform\u00f3 entonces, proyectaba utilizar aeronaves con capacidad para entre 60 y 120 pasajeros.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/resizer.glanacion.com\/resizer\/v2\/JX4MT5P2WJFZXJQMPO4WSKQVGA.png?auth=c3e296c2edfe3d412bc58a7f68748f45f9ef56eec557f4e6530f7d6052aab4d9&amp;smart=true&amp;width=686&amp;height=386\" alt=\"Domus Airways (Imagen ilustrativa)\" height=\"386\" width=\"686\" \/><\/p>\n<p>El due\u00f1o de Domus es <b>Dami\u00e1n Toscano<\/b>, fundador tambi\u00e9n de Alas del Sur, una aerol\u00ednea con base en C\u00f3rdoba que lleg\u00f3 a obtener m\u00e1s de 30 rutas habilitadas en 2017, aunque nunca incorpor\u00f3 aviones ni comenz\u00f3 a operar.<\/p>\n<p>\u200bOritroy Sociedad An\u00f3nima
