Y aclara que, si bien existen recursos para regular la ansiedad y aprender a manejarla, no existe una herramienta que prometa eliminarla\u201d. <\/p>\n<p>En cambio, lo que s\u00ed se puede hacer es \u201ccambiar la relaci\u00f3n que ten\u00e9s con ella. Cuando entend\u00e9s lo que te pasa, el miedo baja\u201d. <\/p>\n<p>A continuaci\u00f3n, cinco recomendaciones para aprender a manejar la ansiedad compartidas por Mammoliti. <\/p>\n<h1>1. Respiraci\u00f3n: el ansiol\u00edtico que ya ten\u00e9s adentro<\/h1>\n<p>Cuando <b>prolong\u00e1s la exhalaci\u00f3n m\u00e1s que la inhalaci\u00f3n, <\/b>activ\u00e1s el sistema nervioso parasimp\u00e1tico (el freno del cuerpo) de forma directa. Respirar 4 tiempos hacia adentro y 6 u 8 tiempos hacia afuera durante dos minutos cambia la qu\u00edmica cerebral de forma medible. El nervio vago es la v\u00eda principal de calma, y la respiraci\u00f3n es su atajo m\u00e1s directo. Primero calmamos al cuerpo. Despu\u00e9s, la mente puede escucharte.<\/p>\n<h1>2. Entend\u00e9 lo que te pasa<\/h1>\n<p>La taquicardia no es un infarto. Es el coraz\u00f3n mandando sangre a los m\u00fasculos, haciendo exactamente lo que tiene que hacer. Cuando sab\u00e9s eso,<b> el s\u00edntoma pierde la mitad de su poder.<\/b> La psicoeducaci\u00f3n no es un adorno previo al tratamiento: es el primer paso terap\u00e9utico. Y cuanto m\u00e1s fondo entend\u00e9s los mecanismos de tu ansiedad (por qu\u00e9 aparece, d\u00f3nde vive en tu cuerpo, qu\u00e9 la dispara, qu\u00e9 la sostiene) menos poder tiene sobre vos. Eso es exactamente lo que propone <i>Fren\u00e1 tu cabeza<\/i>:<b> un recorrido completo por los territorios de tu ansiedad, ense\u00f1arte sus mecanismos y darte las herramientas para equilibrarla<\/b>.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.lanacion.com.ar\/salud\/nutricion\/picos-de-glucosa-como-evitarlos-y-por-que-afectan-tu-energia-y-salud-nid06052026\/\">Picos de glucosa: c\u00f3mo evitarlos y por qu\u00e9 afectan tu energ\u00eda y salud<\/a><\/p>\n<h1>3. Grounding para cortar la rumiaci\u00f3n<\/h1>\n<p>Cuando el loop no para, <b>la t\u00e9cnica 5-4-3-2-1 interrumpe el circuito ansioso<\/b>: nombr\u00e1s cinco cosas que ves, cuatro que pod\u00e9s tocar, tres sonidos, dos olores y un sabor. El alivio dura horas, y luego la ansiedad vuelve a aparecer cada vez con m\u00e1s fuerza. Una alarma que suena para decir: \u201cFrenate, mir\u00e1, algo ac\u00e1 no cierra\u201d.<\/p>\n<p> <b>La ansiedad existencial no aparece porque algo sali\u00f3 mal, sino porque lo importante todav\u00eda no tiene lugar en tu vida<\/b>. Mientras no se toque ese territorio, ninguna herramienta va a alcanzar del todo. construyendo la vida que quiero, o administrando como puedo la que ya tengo? <\/li>\n<li>\u00bfHacia d\u00f3nde est\u00e1s yendo? <\/li>\n<li>\u00bfEso es hacia d\u00f3nde quer\u00e9s ir?<\/li>\n<li> \u00bfLa vida que est\u00e1s viviendo hoy es la que elegir\u00eda la persona que quer\u00e9s ser?<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>\u200bLa psic\u00f3loga Marina Mammoliti plantea que es importante entender lo que
