Empezamos comprando algunos departamentos y ahora avanzamos con este edificio.<b> El 50% de la operaci\u00f3n fue financiado por un banco y el resto lo aportamos nosotros<\/b>\u201d, se\u00f1al\u00f3.<\/p>\n<p>El objetivo no es conservar el edificio tal como est\u00e1. El plan es hacer una remodelaci\u00f3n interna para luego comercializar las unidades por separado. \u201cEs un negocio por el que estamos apostando. <b>Compramos edificios grandes, pero tambi\u00e9n departamentos o unidades m\u00e1s peque\u00f1as<\/b>\u201d, explic\u00f3 D\u2019Onofrio.<\/p>\n<p>El empresario asegur\u00f3 que la apuesta responde a la l\u00f3gica patrimonial de <b>refugiar capital en ladrillos<\/b>. \u201cLo compramos como inversi\u00f3n. Hasta ahora, las unidades eran administradas por la firma The Arc Collection bajo formato de alquiler temporario premium, con tarifas que arrancaban en los<b> \u20ac300 por noche<\/b>, seg\u00fan detall\u00f3 el medio espa\u00f1ol El Confidencial. <\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/resizer.glanacion.com\/resizer\/v2\/KC2IINIZUBA33OX25LZLW3LHCQ.jpg?auth=6b2f092b5838f8751f9f91a56c5345ea974fc04e2182e8c9307d34dc13fc39be&amp;smart=true&amp;width=1333&amp;height=2000\" alt=\"Tiene 2130 m2 construidos y fue remodelado en 2019 por su due\u00f1o anterior\" height=\"2000\" width=\"1333\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Como ocurre con buena parte de los inmuebles hist\u00f3ricos del centro madrile\u00f1o, <b>la propiedad tiene protecci\u00f3n estructural,<\/b> por lo que <b>la fachada no puede modificarse<\/b>, pero si el interior. \u201cLos edificios no se tocan. Lo que hacemos es comprar, remodelar internamente y mejorar lo que hoy existe\u201d, detall\u00f3 el ex presidente de Club Atl\u00e9tico River Plate.<\/p>\n<p>La operaci\u00f3n llega adem\u00e1s en un momento sensible para el mercado espa\u00f1ol, atravesado por un fuerte debate <b>sobre la crisis habitacional<\/b>.
