A ra\u00edz de esto, suele buscarse en el v\u00ednculo afectivo una suerte de refugio o de garant\u00eda contra el sufrimiento. Sin embargo, en una reciente intervenci\u00f3n en el programa <i>Perros de la Calle<\/i> por Urbana Play 104.3, el reconocido psicoanalista <a href=\"https:\/\/www.lanacion.com.ar\/lifestyle\/gabriel-rolon-para-poder-ser-feliz-primero-hay-que-hacerse-cargo-de-quien-uno-es-nid23042026\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer\" title=\"https:\/\/www.lanacion.com.ar\/lifestyle\/gabriel-rolon-para-poder-ser-feliz-primero-hay-que-hacerse-cargo-de-quien-uno-es-nid23042026\/\">Gabriel Rol\u00f3n<\/a> propuso una mirada distinta: <b>el amor no funciona como un escudo, sino como el momento en que decidimos bajar nuestras defensas<\/b>.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/resizer.glanacion.com\/resizer\/v2\/4T7HONW4PJHM7LSTDFRJNVEQ2M.jpg?auth=bb2df7ea14e063c5fab86f4bac74fd86da11dc40f7f36f92645eabfaa4677434&amp;smart=true&amp;width=2000&amp;height=1333\" alt=\"El reconocido psicoanalista habl\u00f3 de la naturaleza de los v\u00ednculos afectivos y advirti\u00f3 que la \u00fanica forma de amar es aceptando la fragilidad\" height=\"1333\" width=\"2000\" \/><\/p>\n<p>En ese sentido, el experto desarm\u00f3 la idea del afecto como un territorio de seguridad absoluta para plantearlo como un acto de exposici\u00f3n. <b>\u201cSin un cierto grado de vulnerabilidad, uno no puede amar ni ser amado\u201d<\/b>, expres\u00f3. <\/p>\n<p>Para el analista, la clave de un v\u00ednculo real reside en la capacidad de ser permeable. Seg\u00fan explic\u00f3, amar es un ejercicio de apertura que deja al ser humano a merced del otro. <b>\u201cAmar es volverse vulnerable y permitir, permitirse ser vulnerable ante un otro\u201d<\/b>, se\u00f1al\u00f3 Rol\u00f3n. Bajo esta l\u00f3gica, la invulnerabilidad es una barrera que, si bien protege, tambi\u00e9n a\u00edsla e impide que el sentimiento ajeno nos alcance de manera genuina.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/resizer.glanacion.com\/resizer\/v2\/3GIXZBQKBNFLHHQMKNG6QBWA34.PNG?auth=54e601a9e784b076743a3eb37e50d1c498a5960b3539ff55cfe700512ec199ea&amp;smart=true&amp;width=327&amp;height=422\" alt=\"Para Rol\u00f3n \" height=\"422\" width=\"327\" \/><\/p>\n<p>En otro punto, Rol\u00f3n profundiz\u00f3 qu\u00e9 significa realmente esa vulnerabilidad en la vida cotidiana de una pareja. No se trata de una idea abstracta, sino de un impacto concreto en el estado de \u00e1nimo. El especialista describi\u00f3 esta din\u00e1mica de la siguiente manera: <b>\u201cAmar es permitirte ser vulnerable ante un otro que te dice algo y te gusta, que te dice algo y te duele, que te dice algo y te angustia, que te dice algo y te levanta el \u00e1nimo\u201d<\/b>.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/resizer.glanacion.com\/resizer\/v2\/7FJEENA36VDCXHA3THWZFCSHP4.jpg?auth=55bb4b456d41343d74e35f6b321c33db257e9e6bbed9d15d603a17c767d673fc&amp;smart=true&amp;width=2000&amp;height=1333\" alt=\"Para Gabriel Rol\u00f3n, la clave de un v\u00ednculo real reside en la capacidad de ser permeable\n\" height=\"1333\" width=\"2000\" \/><\/p>\n<p>A su vez, el autor de <i>Historias de div\u00e1n<\/i> puso el foco en el desaf\u00edo que plantea esta nueva situaci\u00f3n: aceptar que nuestra estabilidad emocional deje de depender exclusivamente de nosotros mismos para pasar a ser, en parte, compartida. <b>\u201c\u00bfPor qu\u00e9? Porque lo que vos est\u00e1s es permeable. Ese es el desaf\u00edo que te plantea esta situaci\u00f3n: aceptar\u201d<\/b>, remarc\u00f3, al subrayar que la resistencia a ser afectados por el otro es, en el fondo, una resistencia a amar.<\/p>\n<p>Uno de los puntos m\u00e1s profundos de su reflexi\u00f3n fue la <b>aceptaci\u00f3n del dolor como una posibilidad intr\u00ednseca al afecto<\/b>.<b> <\/b>El reconocido psic\u00f3logo no intent\u00f3 suavizar la realidad del compromiso emocional; al contrario, advirti\u00f3 que la misma persona que tiene la capacidad de hacernos felices es la que tiene el mayor poder de lastimarnos. <b>\u201cNadie te puede lastimar tanto como la persona que am\u00e1s y te ama\u201d<\/b>, sentenci\u00f3, al dejar en claro que el peligro de salir herido es proporcional a la intensidad de la entrega. <\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/resizer.glanacion.com\/resizer\/v2\/4WHNPAKABBBIFM45L67JTFKN4E.jpg?auth=33c649ee00d3e497e884611a909dc215596dd20d8566d127338ef9de1f894da2&amp;smart=true&amp;width=1920&amp;height=1280\" alt=\"El reconocido psic\u00f3logo no intenta suavizar la realidad del compromiso emocional; al contrario, advierte que la misma persona que tiene la capacidad de hacernos felices es la que tiene el mayor poder de lastimarnos\" height=\"1280\" width=\"1920\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Sin embargo, el autor no propuso una entrega ciega o imprudente. El verdadero trabajo personal, seg\u00fan el analista, consiste en la capacidad de diferenciar. <b>\u201cHay que trabajar para poder diferenciar con qu\u00e9 personas se puede ser vulnerable sin correr demasiado riesgo\u201d<\/b>, explic\u00f3, aunque fue tajante al aclarar que no existe tal cosa como la seguridad total en los v\u00ednculos: <b>\u201cNo digo ninguno, porque riesgo hay siempre\u201d<\/b>.<\/p>\n<p>\u200bEl psicoanalista se refiri\u00f3 a la naturaleza de los v\u00ednculos afectivos y advirti\u00f3 que la \u00fanica forma de amar es aceptando la fragilidad; mir\u00e1
