La cartera que conduce Sandra Pettovello inform\u00f3 que, a trav\u00e9s de la Administraci\u00f3n Nacional de la Seguridad Social (ANSES), present\u00f3 un recurso de queja ante la Corte Suprema de Justicia de la Naci\u00f3n (CSJN) con el objetivo de revocar la medida cautelar que favorec\u00eda a la expresidenta.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La medida en cuesti\u00f3n hab\u00eda sido dictada por la Sala III de la C\u00e1mara Federal de la Seguridad Social, la cual ordenaba al organismo previsional restablecer el pago de la pensi\u00f3n de privilegio. Desde el ministerio, calificaron la situaci\u00f3n como \u00abinadmisible\u00bb debido a la situaci\u00f3n procesal de la beneficiaria.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Seg\u00fan el comunicado oficial difundido por la cartera, existen \u00abm\u00faltiples razones legales\u00bb que sustentan la apelaci\u00f3n. El eje central del argumento oficial reside en la condena penal que pesa sobre Fern\u00e1ndez de Kirchner por delitos contra la Administraci\u00f3n P\u00fablica.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00abResulta especialmente inadmisible que una persona condenada por delitos contra el Estado acceda a una millonaria pensi\u00f3n de privilegio mientras reclama, adem\u00e1s, el cobro de una jubilaci\u00f3n honor\u00edfica tambi\u00e9n de car\u00e1cter excepcional\u00bb, reza el texto oficial.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Desde el Gobierno ratificaron su postura de agotar todas las instancias judiciales posibles para impedir que la exmandataria perciba estas asignaciones.
