Sin embargo, luego quiso llev\u00e1rselo con otra llave y la polic\u00eda lo detuvo por resistencia a la autoridad.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En la noche del viernes, personal policial de la Unidad Operativa de Victorica inici\u00f3 actuaciones judiciales de oficio por el hecho caratulado \u00abResistencia a la autoridad\u00bb, tras un episodio que involucr\u00f3 a un conductor de cami\u00f3n en aparente estado de ebriedad.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-embed is-type-video is-provider-youtube wp-block-embed-youtube wp-embed-aspect-16-9 wp-has-aspect-ratio\"><div class=\"wp-block-embed__wrapper\">\n<iframe loading=\"lazy\" title=\"Detuvieron a un conductor alcoholizado en Victorica\" width=\"640\" height=\"360\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/sjjbg2YYq8E?feature=oembed\" frameborder=\"0\" allow=\"accelerometer; autoplay; clipboard-write; encrypted-media; gyroscope; picture-in-picture; web-share\" referrerpolicy=\"strict-origin-when-cross-origin\" allowfullscreen><\/iframe>\n<\/div><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Cerca de las 19:50 horas, personal de Tr\u00e1nsito municipal alert\u00f3 sobre un cami\u00f3n t\u00e9rmico marca Volvo que realizaba maniobras peligrosas en la estaci\u00f3n de servicio YPF local. Comisionado el m\u00f3vil policial, se constat\u00f3 la situaci\u00f3n y, junto al personal de Tr\u00e1nsito, se efectu\u00f3 el test de alcoholemia al conductor, que arroj\u00f3 resultado positivo de 0,475 g\/l.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.eldiariodelapampa.com.ar\/\/img\/publicaciones\/2026\/04\/11\/alta\/903108-t.jpg\" alt=\"\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Se labr\u00f3 el acta de infracci\u00f3n correspondiente y se dispuso la retenci\u00f3n del veh\u00edculo \u2014cami\u00f3n Volvo con cisterna\u2014, que qued\u00f3 en resguardo en el play\u00f3n de la Terminal de \u00d3mnibus, a disposici\u00f3n del Juzgado de Faltas interviniente.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Minutos despu\u00e9s, el conductor regres\u00f3 al lugar intentando acceder al rodado con otra llave, desobedeciendo las \u00f3rdenes impartidas e insultando al personal interviniente.
