Higgins.&nbsp;<strong>La polic\u00eda lo identific\u00f3 y se le inici\u00f3 una causa judicial.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"571\" height=\"441\" src=\"https:\/\/impactocastex.com.ar\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/04\/2140181-1.webp\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-15283\" srcset=\"https:\/\/impactocastex.com.ar\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/04\/2140181-1.webp 571w, https:\/\/impactocastex.com.ar\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/04\/2140181-1-300x232.webp 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 571px) 100vw, 571px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Un hecho de maltrato animal ocurri\u00f3 este lunes en Toay, en un sector residencial, donde los ocupantes de un veh\u00edculo lograron registrar la situaci\u00f3n con sus tel\u00e9fonos celulares.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En las im\u00e1genes, se observa a un joven que, tras una aparente desobediencia del animal, reacciona de manera desproporcionada.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La grabaci\u00f3n muestra el momento en que el hombre levanta al perro por el cuello y el lomo, y luego lo arroja violentamente contra el suelo en una zona de vereda y pastizal. No conforme con el impacto, el sujeto contin\u00faa agrediendo al animal mientras este intenta reincorporarse, mostr\u00e1ndose visiblemente aturdido por los golpes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.eldiariodelapampa.com.ar\/\/img\/publicaciones\/2026\/04\/06\/alta\/900319-t.jpg\" alt=\"\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><em>El agresor fue demorado y se le inici\u00f3 una causa judicial.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Vecinos de la zona y proteccionistas locales difundieron el material para lograr la identificaci\u00f3n del agresor.&nbsp;&nbsp;El hecho reaviv\u00f3 el debate sobre la necesidad de mayores controles y sanciones efectivas en casos de maltrato. Se recuerda a la poblaci\u00f3n que, ante situaciones similares, es fundamental realizar la denuncia formal en la comisar\u00eda m\u00e1s cercana o en la Unidad de Atenci\u00f3n Primaria del Ministerio P\u00fablico Fiscal para que se pueda proceder al rescate del animal y la imputaci\u00f3n del responsable.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Notificaci\u00f3n<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Personal de la Comisar\u00eda Departamental de Toay identific\u00f3, cerca del mediod\u00eda, al hombre que agredi\u00f3 a una perra en la intersecci\u00f3n de Av. Brigadier Brown y O&#8217;Higgins.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El sujeto, de 30 a\u00f1os, fue denunciado por la mujer que lo grab\u00f3 con su celular y luego aport\u00f3 las im\u00e1genes para la investigaci\u00f3n.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Al advertir que qued\u00f3 filmado, el masculino le profirio insultos y agresiones verbales hacia la denunciante.
