La mujer radic\u00f3 la denuncia en la Fiscal\u00eda de Santa Rosa.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Una vecina de Winifreda denunci\u00f3 ante la Justicia que su hijo adolescente menor de edad fue v\u00edctima de un presunto abuso d\u00edas atr\u00e1s en la combi municipal que tra\u00eda de vuelta a la localidad a un contingente de j\u00f3venes desde Santa Rosa. El episodio, perpetrado por otros dos j\u00f3venes, fue filmado y difundido luego entre algunos c\u00edrculos del pueblo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El hecho habr\u00eda ocurrido el domingo 15 de marzo, durante el regreso de un grupo de jugadores juveniles de Deportivo Winifreda tras un partido en la capital pampeana. En la combi viajaban unos 15 adolescentes, junto a dos profesores y el chofer. Seg\u00fan la presentaci\u00f3n, efectuada ante la Fiscal\u00eda santarrose\u00f1a, un joven de 18 a\u00f1os habr\u00eda realizado un acto inapropiado contra el chico de 14 a\u00f1os mientras este se encontraba durmiendo, en tanto otro de 17 a\u00f1os filmaba la situaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El registro fue enviado posteriormente al propio menor y luego circul\u00f3 en grupos privados de mensajer\u00eda relacionados con el club, seg\u00fan lo informado por el portal InfoWini.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Tras la presentaci\u00f3n, el Ministerio P\u00fablico de la Primera Circunscripci\u00f3n Judicial intervino de inmediato y dispuso una serie de medidas para reunir pruebas y avanzar en la investigaci\u00f3n. En el caso trabaja la Unidad Funcional de G\u00e9nero, Ni\u00f1ez y Adolescencia (UFGNyA) de la Polic\u00eda de La Pampa.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Reuni\u00f3n y medidas<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El episodio gener\u00f3 conmoci\u00f3n en el club y en la comunidad deportiva local. Un directivo de la entidad confirm\u00f3 al citado medio winifredense que se adoptaron medidas preventivas respecto de los dos j\u00f3venes se\u00f1alados, de 17 y 18 a\u00f1os, mientras se aguarda la resoluci\u00f3n de la Justicia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La decisi\u00f3n fue adoptada luego de una reuni\u00f3n entre dirigentes, entrenadores y padres, en la que tambi\u00e9n se ratific\u00f3 que el chico damnificado continuar\u00e1 formando parte del club y podr\u00e1 seguir entrenando, en su condici\u00f3n de v\u00edctima.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La familia sostuvo que se trata de un caso de abuso y no de una simple situaci\u00f3n grosera o de mal gusto, y reclam\u00f3 reforzar los controles y la supervisi\u00f3n en \u00e1mbitos donde participan menores para prevenir hechos similares.
