Se pudo saber que al menos dos pagos en 2024 cuando el libertario ya era Presidente. Seg\u00fan constitucionalistas, de confirmarse podr\u00eda ser causal de juicio pol\u00edtico porque no est\u00e1 permitido al jefe de Estado cobrar por fuera de su ingreso presidencial. Los saltos de USD en las DDJJ 2023 de Milei, que se presentaron el mismo d\u00eda que su trader amigo visit\u00f3 Casa Rosada.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"800\" height=\"450\" src=\"https:\/\/impactocastex.com.ar\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/03\/image-14.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-13855\" srcset=\"https:\/\/impactocastex.com.ar\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/03\/image-14.png 800w, https:\/\/impactocastex.com.ar\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/03\/image-14-300x169.png 300w, https:\/\/impactocastex.com.ar\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/03\/image-14-768x432.png 768w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 800px) 100vw, 800px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Mientras fue diputado y donaba su sueldo Javier Milei cobraba 2.000\u00a0d\u00f3lares mensuales de parte del trader Mauricio Novelli, intermediario de la criptoestafa $LIBRA.<\/strong>\u00a0El v\u00ednculo laboral-monetario de Milei con Novelli se desprende de diversos mensajes y audios que conforman el peritaje de la investigaci\u00f3n del esc\u00e1ndalo cripto, que en los \u00faltimos d\u00edas se convirti\u00f3 en un c\u00f3ctel explosivo para el gobierno dado la informaci\u00f3n que contiene. Y<strong>\u00a0tal como se revelo, todo indica que la relaci\u00f3n monetaria se extendi\u00f3 incluso a cuando Milei era Presidente porque en los dispositivos de Novelli hay referencias a al menos dos pagos para Javier y su hermana Karina en 2024. Si Milei cobr\u00f3 siendo Presidente por una actividad realizada durante su gesti\u00f3n viol\u00f3 la Constituci\u00f3n Nacional e incurri\u00f3 en la causal de mal desempe\u00f1o. Dos constitucionalistas consultados, Andr\u00e9s Gil Dom\u00ednguez y Gustavo Ferreyra, consideraron que de confirmarse el pago habr\u00eda una causal de juicio pol\u00edtico.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Seg\u00fan el art\u00edculo 92 de la Carta Magna, el \u201cPresidente y vicepresidente disfrutan de un sueldo pagado por el Tesoro de la Naci\u00f3n, que no podr\u00e1 ser alterado en el per\u00edodo de sus nombramientos.<\/strong>&nbsp;Durante el mismo per\u00edodo<strong>&nbsp;no podr\u00e1n ejercer otro empleo<\/strong>, ni recibir ning\u00fan otro emolumento de la Naci\u00f3n, ni de provincia alguna\u201d. Es decir,<strong>&nbsp;Milei no puede cobrar por fuera del sueldo de jefe de Estado p<\/strong>or alguna actividad o acci\u00f3n realizada como
