El pasado 9 de marzo, alrededor de las 12:50 horas, una camioneta perteneciente a la Administraci\u00f3n Provincial del Agua atropell\u00f3 y mat\u00f3 a un perro en una calle de la ciudad, para luego darse a la fuga sin prestar asistencia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El incidente qued\u00f3 captado por una c\u00e1mara de seguridad vecinal. En las im\u00e1genes se observa c\u00f3mo el veh\u00edculo oficial circula por una calle de tierra y, tras pasar por arriba al animal, contin\u00faa su marcha a la misma velocidad, sin siquiera amagar a detenerse para verificar lo ocurrido.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El dolor de una familia<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La due\u00f1a de Tomi, el perro salchicha que perdi\u00f3 la vida en el acto, utiliz\u00f3 sus redes sociales para visibilizar el caso y exigir respuestas al Gobierno de la Pampa.&nbsp;<strong>\u00abQuiero que vean la manera INHUMANA en la que me pisan al perro y se van, dej\u00e1ndolo tirado\u00bb<\/strong>, public\u00f3 junto al video del siniestro.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La vecina reconoci\u00f3 que el perro se hab\u00eda cruzado, pero apunt\u00f3 directamente contra la falta de humanidad del empleado p\u00fablico:&nbsp;<strong>\u00abNo pod\u00e9s ser tan sorete de ni siquiera frenar para ver qu\u00e9 mierda fue lo que pisaste. As\u00ed me lo dejaron, tirado y reventado como un pedazo de nada. Tengo el alma rota\u00bb<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pedido de explicaciones<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Las fotos que acompa\u00f1an la denuncia muestran claramente que el veh\u00edculo involucrado lleva la inscripci\u00f3n de la APA &#8211; Gobierno de La Pampa. Ante esta evidencia, la familia de Tomi y cientos de vecinos que solidarizaron con el caso exigen que el organismo identifique al chofer y tome medidas disciplinarias.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>\u00abSolo los que nos conocen saben lo importante que eras para nosotros y el cuidado que ten\u00edamos con vos\u00bb<\/strong>, escribi\u00f3 la due\u00f1a en un emotivo posteo de despedida. Tomi era mucho m\u00e1s que una mascota: en las im\u00e1genes compartidas se lo ve conviviendo con gatos y recibiendo el afecto constante de sus due\u00f1os, quienes hoy atraviesan un duelo marcado por la impotencia ante la desidia oficial.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Hasta el momento, no ha habido un comunicado formal por parte de la Administraci\u00f3n Provincial del Agua respecto a la identidad del conductor o si se iniciar\u00e1 un sumario administrativo por el uso indebido del veh\u00edculo oficial y el abandono del animal en la v\u00eda
