En di\u00e1logo con<i> LN+<\/i>, <b>C\u00e9sar, un operario de planta que trabajaba desde hace 13 a\u00f1os en la f\u00e1brica mostr\u00f3 el telegrama de despido<\/b> que recibi\u00f3 cerca del mediod\u00eda. <\/p>\n<p>Seg\u00fan se puede ver en el documento, la empresa aleg\u00f3 la decisi\u00f3n a <b>\u201cun contexto de severa crisis econ\u00f3mica y productiva, que desde hace tiempo viene afectando muy negativamente la actividad de la empresa\u201d<\/b>.<\/p>\n<figure><video height=\"720\" width=\"1280\" poster=\"https:\/\/cdn.jwplayer.com\/v2\/media\/aDXNOiRZ\/poster.jpg?width=1280\" preload=\"none\"><\/video><figcaption>Cesar, operario de la planta<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<h1>Qu\u00e9 dice el telegrama de despido<\/h1>\n<p>\u201cNos dirigimos a usted a fin de comunicarle lo siguiente: como es de su conocimiento, <b>Fate ha venido atravesando un contexto de severa crisis econ\u00f3mica y productiva que desde hace tiempo viene afectando muy negativamente <\/b>la actividad de la empresa\u201d, comenz\u00f3 el telegrama de despido.<\/p>\n<p>Y continu\u00f3: \u201cAnte la gravedad de la situaci\u00f3n, <b>la compa\u00f1\u00eda adopt\u00f3 diversas medidas de reestructuraci\u00f3n y reorganizaci\u00f3n<\/b>, incluyendo cambios en la organizaci\u00f3n del trabajo, los esquemas retributivos y la planificaci\u00f3n comercial, con el objetivo de adecuarse a las nuevas realidades y exigencias del mercado\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>Tras indicar que las circunstancias fueron \u201cprofusamente acreditadas\u201d por la empresa en un expediente del Ministerio de Capital Humano, en el que tramit\u00f3 el Procedimiento Preventivo de Crisis, sigui\u00f3: \u201cA pesar de los esfuerzos realizados para intentar alcanzar la sustentabilidad de la empresa, <b>el escenario actual presenta un empeoramiento de m\u00faltiples factores que tornan inviable la continuidad de la operaci\u00f3n\u201d<\/b>.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/resizer.glanacion.com\/resizer\/v2\/N6CEFVJEOZHTHNHVOVWBSP6P54.png?auth=43e3ae4cb1b174871af633b05a891e9efa6ba6e5f3769b5d2bdd333c2990c6ed&amp;smart=true&amp;width=846&amp;height=477\" alt=\"El telegrama de despido que recibieron los empleados de Fate\" height=\"477\" width=\"846\" \/><\/p>\n<p>\u201cAgotado el plazo del acuerdo transitorio suscripto con SUTNA en mayo del a\u00f1o pasado y sin que las condiciones econ\u00f3micas y productivas hayan permitido revertir la situaci\u00f3n de crisis, que por el contrario se agrav\u00f3,<b> la empresa ha resuelto la cesaci\u00f3n total de actividades del establecimiento a partir del d\u00eda 18 de febrero de 2026\u2033<\/b>, se\u00f1al\u00f3.<\/p>\n<p>Sobre el final, comunic\u00f3 a cada empleado: \u201cEn consecuencia, le comunicamos la extinci\u00f3n de su contrato de trabajo sin invocaci\u00f3n de justa causa, con efectos a partir del d\u00eda 18 de febrero de 2026. L<b>as indemnizaciones de ley y haberes pendientes se depositar\u00e1n en su cuenta sueldo dentro del plazo legal\u201d<\/b>.<\/p>\n<h1>La historia de Fate<\/h1>\n<p>Fate fue constituida con capitales argentinos e inici\u00f3 sus actividades en una peque\u00f1a planta de 1000 m2 en el barrio de Saavedra. All\u00ed produc\u00eda telas impermeables, bandas de rodamiento para reparaci\u00f3n de neum\u00e1ticos y otros productos de caucho. <b>Cinco a\u00f1os despu\u00e9s arranca la producci\u00f3n en peque\u00f1a escala de neum\u00e1ticos y c\u00e1maras para autom\u00f3viles y camiones. <\/b>En 1960, se inici\u00f3 la construcci\u00f3n de la nueva planta industrial en San Fernando.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/resizer.glanacion.com\/resizer\/v2\/C576NYTAMNFWBFI4SF5JKNFIKE.JPG?auth=f9c7d536f36fed9076c2fa6b362e9bc5680f9e7cc9abb35dc8a2acb99f60f40b&amp;smart=true&amp;width=3000&amp;height=2052\" alt=\"Trabajadores se manifiestan desde el techo de la f\u00e1brica\" height=\"2052\" width=\"3000\" \/><\/p>\n<p>En 1969, Fate produce en la Argentina el primer neum\u00e1tico radial para autom\u00f3viles, y se convierte en el primer proveedor de estos neum\u00e1ticos para Equipo Original. El nivel de producci\u00f3n llega a 852.000 unidades. En 2003 puso en marcha la primera planta en la Argentina para la producci\u00f3n de neum\u00e1ticos radiales de acero para camiones y \u00f3mnibus, con equipamiento y tecnolog\u00eda de Continental AG.<\/p>\n<p>\u200bC\u00e9sar, un operario de la planta, mostr\u00f3 ante un m\u00f3vil de LN+ el documento que le lleg\u00f3 a su domicilio; c\u00f3mo siguen los
