El <b>megaproyecto<\/b> cambiar\u00e1 por completo<b> la zona norte del Paseo de la Castellana<\/b>. <\/p>\n<p>Se estima que el proyecto generar\u00e1 <b>m\u00e1s de 200.000 puestos de trabajo<\/b> durante su desarrollo, adem\u00e1s de otros <b>146.000 asociados<\/b> a la actividad futura de <a href=\"https:\/\/www.lanacion.com.ar\/propiedades\/inversiones\/que-pasara-con-el-jumbo-y-el-shopping-que-esta-sobre-la-avenida-bullrich-en-palermo-nid06102025\/\" target=\"_self\" rel=\"\" title=\"https:\/\/www.lanacion.com.ar\/propiedades\/inversiones\/que-pasara-con-el-jumbo-y-el-shopping-que-esta-sobre-la-avenida-bullrich-en-palermo-nid06102025\/\">oficinas y locales comerciales<\/a>. <\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.lanacion.com.ar\/propiedades\/construccion-y-diseno\/asi-esta-la-tabla-de-precios-de-la-construccion-en-febrero-2026-nid04022026\/\">As\u00ed est\u00e1 la tabla de precios de la construcci\u00f3n en febrero 2026<\/a><\/p>\n<p><b>La Torre Madrid Norte<\/b>, destinada a convertirse en el <b>edificio m\u00e1s alto de Espa\u00f1a<\/b>, tendr\u00e1 hasta <b>330 metros de altura<\/b> y superar\u00e1 los <b>dos millones de metros cuadrados de superficie<\/b>. <\/p>\n<p>Con esas dimensiones, encabezar\u00e1 el ranking de los rascacielos m\u00e1s altos del pa\u00eds, junto a otras cinco torres:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><b>Torre de Cristal: <\/b>249 metros <\/li>\n<li><b>Torre Cepsa: <\/b>248 metros<b> <\/b><\/li>\n<li><b>Torre PwC: <\/b>236 metros<\/li>\n<li><b>Torre Emperador Castellana: <\/b>224 metros <\/li>\n<li><b>Torre Caleido: <\/b>173 metros <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>No solo superar\u00e1 a todas las construcciones de Espa\u00f1a, sino que tambi\u00e9n <b>sobrepasar\u00e1 en altura a la Varso Tower de Varsovia (310 m) y a The Shard de Londres (306 m)<\/b>, lo que la convertir\u00e1 en el <b>edificio m\u00e1s alto de Europa Occidental.<\/b> A su alrededor se levantar\u00e1n<b> otras dos torres <\/b>que figurar\u00e1n entre <b>las 10 m\u00e1s elevadas de Madrid<\/b>, redefiniendo para siempre su silueta urbana y consolidando a la capital de Espa\u00f1a como uno de los grandes centros financieros del continente.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/resizer.glanacion.com\/resizer\/v2\/LFRMOCEXD5HNZOWMIHTAYBW7TQ.jpg?auth=f845a64b92384d12c39d634447cceb7a81efc0a3bb9d4c0d1073b586ceb854ee&amp;smart=true&amp;width=2000&amp;height=1333\" alt=\"Ser\u00e1 uno de los m\u00e1s modernos de Europa y contar\u00e1 con 33.000 metros cuadrados\" height=\"1333\" width=\"2000\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Si todo avanza seg\u00fan lo previsto, <b>las obras iniciales comenzar\u00edan en 2026 y los primeros edificios estar\u00edan listos entre 2028 y 2029.<\/b> Un estudio de la Universidad Complutense y PwC estima que cada euro invertido generar\u00e1 un retorno tres veces mayor hasta 2050, con <b>\u20ac17.000 millones de inversi\u00f3n <\/b>directa y m\u00e1s de <b>\u20ac52.000 millones de impacto total <\/b>en la econom\u00eda local. <\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.lanacion.com.ar\/propiedades\/el-proyecto-de-us100-millones-con-terrazas-verdes-al-mar-en-el-que-vinoly-logro-que-ningun-vecino-se-nid05022026\/\">El proyecto de US$100 millones con terrazas verdes al mar en el que Vi\u00f1oly logr\u00f3 que ning\u00fan vecino se cruce<\/a><\/p>\n<p>Entre las infraestructuras que promete este nuevo espacio se encuentra un <b>intercambiador de transportes<\/b> de 33.000 metros cuadrados que permitir\u00e1 <b>conexiones con colectivos, trenes, subterr\u00e1neo<\/b> y el aeropuerto de Barajas. <\/p>\n<p>Seg\u00fan los desarrolladores el proyecto fue impulsado bajo <b>un principio claro<\/b>: construir un distrito<b> libre de gases de efecto invernadero<\/b>, tanto en la utilizaci\u00f3n de los materiales como en la movilidad interna del barrio. <\/p>\n<p>\u200bLa Torre Madrid Nuevo Norte se convertir\u00e1 en el edificio m\u00e1s alto de Europa Occidental y en el nuevo \u00edcono del skyline
