Anderson, adem\u00e1s, apareci\u00f3 con una pizarra en la que explic\u00f3 que por problemas en sus cuerdas vocales no iba a poder hablar y Attias anuncio que iba a ayudarla a comunicarse.<\/p>\n<p>\u201c<b>La palabra clave de esta noche es \u2018metamorfosis\u2019<\/b>. La gastronom\u00eda siempre cambia la forma de algunos alimentos para transformarlos en un plato exquisito\u201d, indic\u00f3 Germ\u00e1n Martitegui, brindando la primera pista de cu\u00e1l ser\u00eda el desaf\u00edo que deber\u00edan enfrentar. Y Donato de Santis ejemplific\u00f3: \u201cLa lengua de vaca se come en todo el pa\u00eds, al igual que la morcilla y el seso. Son todos productos que se utilizan en la gastronom\u00eda\u201d. <\/p>\n<p>Dami\u00e1n Betular, el tercer miembro del jurado, complet\u00f3 la idea, detr\u00e1s de una mesa redonda cubierta con un mantel azul hasta el piso: \u201c<b>Hay muchos ingredientes que no son tan lindos o agradables a la vista, pero est\u00e1n muy llenos de sabor<\/b>. Uno de los m\u00e1s impresionados fue Maxi L\u00f3pez, que le propuso a Wanda, su exesposa, pagarle una cena si ella agarraba las dos panopeas en su lugar. Para hacerlo, contaron con 3 minutos en el mercado y 60 minutos para la preparaci\u00f3n. Antes, dieron a conocer cu\u00e1l era el beneficio de Evangelina, la portadora de la medalla dorada: cont\u00f3 con tres minutos para consultarle a los miembros del jurado con el fin de optimizar la preparaci\u00f3n. <\/p>\n<p>A trav\u00e9s de su pizarra, la exvedette explic\u00f3, adem\u00e1s, que no estaba tan impresionada por tener que cocinar esos moluscos, a pesar de ser vegetariana desde hace d\u00e9cadas, porque las panopeas \u201cno tienen cerebro ni sistema nervioso central\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>Durante todo el proceso, las panopeas, que pueden vivir hasta 80 a\u00f1os, no dejaron de moverse, generando cada vez m\u00e1s impresi\u00f3n entre los concursantes, sobre todo en Ian Lucas y L\u00f3pez. <\/p>\n<p>Una vez transcurrido el tiempo establecido, el primer participante en pasar al frente para que los miembros del jurado degustaran su preparaci\u00f3n fue Ian Lucas. El influencer present\u00f3 nigiris salteados de panopea con crema de yogur, lim\u00f3n y salsa Buenos Aires.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cNo voy a decir que es una creaci\u00f3n japonesa, pero tiene su minimalismo, su claroscuro&#8230; Est\u00e1 bastante bien logrado\u201d, se\u00f1al\u00f3 Donato. Y Betular agreg\u00f3: \u201cYo ya estoy emocionado de que est\u00e9 bien elegida la vajilla. La est\u00e9tica es s\u00faper sofisticada. La panopea es un chicle. Le falt\u00f3 cocci\u00f3n\u201d, consider\u00f3 Betular. Y Martitegui en este caso coincidi\u00f3: \u201cLa presentaci\u00f3n est\u00e1 muy bien. Lo de siempre: a veces tu cabeza va m\u00e1s r\u00e1pido que tu experiencia. El curry de la panopea me parece una buena resoluci\u00f3n del tema del yogur. Est\u00e1 muy bien y est\u00e1 sabroso, pero quiz\u00e1 yo hubiese dorado la panopea un poco m\u00e1s\u201d. <\/p>\n<p>\u201cEs mucha la porci\u00f3n de arroz. La panopea tiene un gusto dif\u00edcil. Es gomosa, porque no tuvo mucho tratamiento\u201d, se\u00f1al\u00f3 Donato luego de probar. <\/p>\n<p>\u201cHablamos de tiradito; el concepto es que las fetas quedaran finitas, no as\u00ed. Le falta cocci\u00f3n\u201d, indic\u00f3 el creador del plato. en la noche de \u00faltima chance. <\/p>\n<p>\u200bEste mi\u00e9rcoles, los concursantes debieron en sus preparaciones un ingrediente ex\u00f3tico que no fue bien recibido por
