Se trata de la <b>Torre Rise, ubicada en M\u00e9xico<\/b>, un proyecto de gran escala que redefine el panorama urbano y estructural de la regi\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p>El edificio alcanzar\u00e1 una <b>altura total de 484 metros<\/b>, lo que lo convertir\u00e1 en el <b>m\u00e1s alto de Am\u00e9rica Latina<\/b> y en la <b>segunda estructura m\u00e1s elevada del continente<\/b>, solo detr\u00e1s del One World Trade Center, en Nueva York.<\/p>\n<p>Seg\u00fan la informaci\u00f3n oficial del proyecto, la Torre Rise <b>contar\u00e1 con 96 pisos<\/b>, de los cuales 408 metros corresponder\u00e1n a niveles habitables. Los 76 metros restantes formar\u00e1n parte de una aguja que coronar\u00e1 la estructura.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.lanacion.com.ar\/propiedades\/casas-y-departamentos\/tenian-un-chalet-tipico-de-los-90-y-lo-convirtieron-en-un-proyecto-minimalista-con-cuatro-nid24012026\/\">Ten\u00edan un chalet t\u00edpico de los 90 y lo convirtieron en un proyecto minimalista con cuatro departamentos<\/a><\/p>\n<p>Con estas dimensiones, el rascacielos superar\u00e1 por 170 metros a la Torre Obispado, actual referente de altura en M\u00e9xico y Am\u00e9rica Latina.
